COMMENCEMENTS OF TMA





Commencement of TMAs

This is to inform all students that TMA questions are now available on the student portal and can accessed by following the procedure listed below.
1. Visit www.nouonline.net
2. Click on student login
3. Enter Login Details
4. Click on submit
5. Click on Your Courses
6. Select Second Semester 2017
7. Click on Submit
8. Click on Proceed
9. Click on 2017/2 Exams
10. Click on Take TMA for each exam course registered.

Please note that TMA 1 must be completed before attempting TMA 2 and so on

INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

Information for Prospective Students

 

Kindly take note of the following information;
  1. Applicants from last semester should refill the application form provided the form is still open.
  2. Applicants who wish to change programme should return to the form and refill application form. They should select the new programme. Applicants can have access to their application form provided matric number have not being issued. 
  3. Applicants/Students who have matric number and wish to change programme should apply for the change of programme. There is a change of programme fee of 5000 Naira. The procedure for programme change can be assessed at http://nouedu.net/announcements/procedure-change-program
  4. Students who have registered for 2017_2 but are unable to login should have their student login reset at the study centre.

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF PROGRAM

Form for Change of Program 

Kindly follow the steps below if you need to change your programme.
  • Download pdf form for change of program
  • Generate 5000 naira remita from remita.net
  • Pay in the nearest bank
  • Fill, submit the form printed out with the remita print out from bank, and necessary credential to the study center.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES


  1. To cater for the general welfare of its members. To equip member(s) on such issues as the economy, social integration, academic progress and after-school activities.
  2. To stimulate greater intra and inter departmental interactions.
  3. To organize such activities such as symposia, lectures, seminars, and sporting activities aimed at promoting scope of knowledge of the members.
  4. To bridge the communication gap between students of Economics and related disciplines and lecturers on one hand, and other formal Economic organizations, groups, or ministries on the other hand;
  5. Toomote research in order to ensure efficiency in learning and understanding of Economics discipline
  6. Toarticipate in governmental, non-governmental, regional and international activities in order to ensure economic progress of Nigeria, Africa and the World at large
  7. To protect the interest of the members of the Association.
