At the 71st Regular meeting of the Committee of Deans and Directors (CDD) held on Tuesday, 11th October 2016, an Adhoc Committee was constituted to develop a proposed policy on the recall/invalidation and re-issuance of certificates.

  1. To cater for the general welfare of its members. To equip member(s) on such issues as the economy, social integration, academic progress and after-school activities.

  3. To organize such activities such as symposia, lectures, seminars, and sporting activities aimed at promoting scope of knowledge of the members.
  4. To bridge the communication gap between students of Economics and related disciplines and lecturers on one hand, and other formal Economic organizations, groups, or ministries on the other hand;
  5. Toomote research in order to ensure efficiency in learning and understanding of Economics discipline
  6. Toarticipate in governmental, non-governmental, regional and international activities in order to ensure economic progress of Nigeria, Africa and the World at large
  7. To protect the interest of the members of the Association.
